At TrivaFit, we strive to deliver your order quickly, securely, and at a fair cost. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, available delivery options, and related terms.

Worldwide Free Shipping

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in the USA by USPS and Asia by EMS.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • European Union (EU) countries

  • Selected international destinations (OVER 200 COUNTRIES)

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact, you.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@trivafit.com for assistance.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

    • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

    • Customs processes may also delay delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at support@trivafit.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

  • If the courier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local delivery office. If the package cannot be located, contact us immediately.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Trivia are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that you're billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

*Please be aware that our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

  • You can track your package directly via the courier’s website or tracking link provided.

MY TRACKING SAYS, “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
