Returns and Refunds

At TrivaFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be entitled to return your product and request a refund under the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer located in the European Union (including the Netherlands), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at support@trivafit.com before the 14-day period ends.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., opened supplements, personal care products, or customized goods).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@trivafit.com to request a return authorization.

  2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

  4. Keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

  • If we sent the wrong product or it arrived damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel, please contact us via our [Contact Page] with your order number.
After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible as the order will already be in processing at the warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Return Policy (14-Day Return Window)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • You must request your return in advance via our [Contact Page] with your order number.

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery via our [Contact Page].
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 30 days of the stated delivery date.
  • Orders that remain undelivered after 60 days will be considered lost and will be fully refunded.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used personal care, health, or hygiene products.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to our [Contact Page] and send us a message with your order number and reason for return.
  2. For damaged or defective items, attach photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. We will then send you the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable method. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking information.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, color, or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
