1. Accepted Payment Methods

We aim to make shopping simple and secure. On trivafit.com, you can pay using:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

  • Shopify Payments (our secure payment provider)

All payments are processed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

2. Secure Payment Processing

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

  • We do not store or have access to your complete payment details. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors that are PCI DSS compliant.

  • For fraud prevention, your payment may be subject to verification and authorization by both us and your payment provider.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are confirmed and shipped.

  • If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. You will receive an email notification and may retry with another method.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • All prices shown on our Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable under Dutch law).

  • Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Payments for refunded items will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are issued after the product has been returned and inspected in line with our Return Policy.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • If you believe an incorrect or unauthorized charge has been made, please contact us immediately at support@trivafit.com.

  • You may also have rights to dispute payments with your card issuer or payment provider under applicable laws.
